Meet Stephenie Rose

Hi everyone! I’ve been a personal trainer and lifestyle coach for 13+ years and have helped over 100 clients transform their lives. I started this journey with my own 84-pound weight loss and a complete lifestyle change. Since then I have been focused on supporting everyone who’s ready for a change. My training is deeply rooted in compassion, care, and support because I truly believe this journey requires us to work together! I work on both physical fitness and a complete change to your mind, body, and spirit. I can’t wait to get to know you and help with your transformation.

I have been lifting and working out in the big box gyms for years, basically repeating the same exercises over and over again, repeatedly causing a shoulder injury. I met Stephenie, and told her about my training regime and injury, I started training sessions with her this last Spring/Summer. The sessions were awesome, challenging yet enjoyable. She explained (from a book) and showed me what was physically going on and what was causing the injury, gave me new exercises, greatly improving my technique and posture while lifting, which resulted in strengthening the area around the injury and eventually allowing the injury to heal without having to stop lifting/exercising!

Stephenie provided a truly personal touch, really caring about progress at my desired pace and more importantly holding her position as a professional and knowing what was best for me, despite my past poor habits. BTW, I am 62 and can keep up with the “kids” half my age in the gym, thanks Stephenie!

I have been training with Stephenie Rose for almost 12 years now. Before deciding to hire Stephenie as my personal trainer, I did my research, including both online research and even paying for training sessions with other trainers. It was clear to me even from my first session with Stephenie, that unlike a lot of other personal trainers, she truly cares about her clients. She takes the time and effort to learn about each of her client’s goals, their strengths/weaknesses, any potential injuries they may have, and then tailors each session for each individual client. You will never see Stephenie using the same routine for different clients.

I typically have my sessions on Thursday mornings. By Thursday, I’m exhausted from the work week and am usually “stuck in my head” due to work stress. Stephenie is incredible at reading my mood and energy level when I first show up for our sessions, and she is able to adjust the routine she had planned for my session as necessary. In addition, it is a rare occurrence that Stephenie is unable to get me out of my head and help me destress.

If you are someone like me who has worked out on their own for many years and think that a personal trainer may not be worth the financial investment, you are wrong. I was wrong. Every time that I work out with Stephenie, she pushes me to my limit and then past it. The workout I receive with Stephenie is just much more effective than my own workout sessions. Whether you have 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour, Stephenie will have you sweating and you will be sore afterward, in a good way.

I highly recommend Stephenie Rose as a personal trainer, both for someone who is just starting out or for someone who has worked out on their own for many years.
